A 5-year-old girl in Grand Rapids, Michigan, had her fairytale ending come true when she was surprised at her adoption finalization hearing with a room full of Disney princesses.

Caseworker, Kristina Grey, came up with the idea for the surprise for the young girl named Danielle.

“It was a special situation that really snowballed out of a request from Danielle’s caseworker, who knew Danielle loved Cinderella so much,” Laura Mitchell, executive director for Samaritas Foster Care Program and Child and Family services, told ABC News.

“One of other caseworkers kind of looks like Cinderella, so she said, ‘Would you mind going to the hearing and dressing as Cinderella?’” Mitchell said.

Sarah and Jim Koning finalized Danielle’s adoption on June 8th after fostering her since March 2014.

They also adopted Neveah, a 1-year-old girl.

Sarah Koning said Danielle was “shocked” when the princesses first walked in.

“The look on her face was priceless,” she said.
