Story: Ralph and King Candy were fighting in the sky over Diet Cola Mountain when Ralph managed to break free of his grasp. Vanellope's heart stopped as she watched Ralph fall from a distance. She glitched across Sugar Rush, avoiding the horde of cy-bugs that have taken over the game. As Ralph plummeted to the summit of Diet Cola Mountain, King Candy commanded a swarm of cy-bugs that descended upon him. He managed to smash through the Mentos roof of the mountain just as the swarm attacked him. A few Mentos managed to make it into the boiling Diet Cola lava but not enough to trigger a full volcanic eruption since the swarm was able to shield most of the falling Mentos. The cy-bugs threw Ralph to the ground, sending him crashing through Vanellope’s home. She glitched into the mountain just in time to see Ralph stumble out of the debris as he was surrounded by cy-bugs. Ralph attempted to stand and immediately grabbed his side in pain and dropped to one knee. Ralph was pierced by a long candy cane shard. He grabbed the shard and pulled it out. He let out a howl that rang through the mountain. The cy-bugs began to attack. Ralph used the shard to stab the first cy-bug. The pain from the motion hurt so much that it caused Ralph to crumple to the ground. Just as the other cy-bugs were about to attack, Vanellope glitched to Ralph and then glitched through the mountain with him on the front of her kart. Vanellope was so happy to see Stinkbrain but her celebration was short lived when she noticed how hurt Ralph was. She needed to get Ralph to Felix so he could heal him. They glitched back to the Sugar Rush entrance that was barely being held by Sergeant Calhoun and Felix. Calhoun ran out of ammo and heaved her pistol at the nearest cy-bug. Her and Felix were backing up into the Game Central Station tunnel until they noticed Vanellope carrying a mortally injured Ralph. Felix rushed back out into the game just as a cy-bug snapped at him and got a hold of his belt. Calhoun rushed out and roundhoused the cy-bug off the bridge as it tore Felix’s belt from his waist along with his magic hammer. He reached out for it as it fell but it was out of his grasp. Calhoun grabbed him and then rolled back into the tunnel. The bridge was completely overrun. Vanellope manages glitched over the horde as Ralph noticed that the cy-bugs were about to enter the tunnel with no way for Calhoun and Felix to stop them. Ralph looked back at Vanellope and smiled and a lone tear ran down her face. She knew what Ralph was about to do. Ralph leapt from the cart and came down on the bridge just in front of the tunnel entrance, shattering the bridge and connecting wall and sending himself and all the cy-bugs plummeting to the valley below. Vanellope let out a cry of despair and chased after him. When she got to the bottom of the canyon the cy-bugs were swarming over Ralph. She saw his hand reaching out of the swarm but his hand became lifeless and fell back in. The cy-bugs all seemed to stop and then all turned around and looked at her. They started to approach slowly and then the horde parted, revealing a monstrous plaid cy-bug with a glowing heart on its head that said “You’re My Hero”. Vanellope slammed her hand on the steering wheel and cried out Ralph’s name. The plaid cy-bug raised it’s head and then let out a menacing howl that sounded like “WRECK IT!”. And then suddenly charged at Vanellope. She quickly shifted the cart into gear, gunned the engine, whipped the cart around, and took off in the opposite direction. As she raced through the valley she noticed the candy walls cracking from Ralph smashing the bridge. Huge boulders of rock candy began to fall all around her. Each one, only inches away from wrecking her kart. She glanced behind her to see that the plaid cy-bug was right on her tail and snapping at her. She turned back around and looked up and narrowly avoided a giant boulder that ended up crushing the plaid cy-bug, sending it’s head sailing in front of her. She slammed on the brakes and drifted to a stop. All the rock candy from the avalanche settled and all that could be heard was the distant buzzing of the cy-bugs. She got out of her cart and walked toward the head of the cy-bug. She dropped to her knees and placed her hand on it. Her heart was heavy and her eyes filled with tears as she gritted her teeth. She picked up the head of the cy-bug and placed it on her kart. She ran her fingers over the heart on the cy-bug’s head and under her breath said “King Candy will pay for this!”…
So she pretty much becomes a road warrior that gathers the remaining inhabitants of Sugar Rush to battle King Candy and his cy-bug army haha.
#2 Merida (Brave)
Story: As the Atlantis Discovery Team were saying their goodbyes and loading up their ship to return to the surface, Kida passed out while talking to Audrey. Milo and Dr. Sweet, as well as the rest of the crew, rush to her aid. They take her to the throne room and lay her down. Dr. Sweet proceeds to examine her but is unable to determine what could of caused her to lose consciousness. Suddenly, Kida's eyes open and glow an eerie blue light. Everyone stepped back as she rose to her feet. Her skin began to crack and peel and the eerie blue light began to radiate from the cracks. Milo ran to her but was knocked back by the energy surging from her body. He quickly retrieves the Shepherd's Journal and flips through it frantically trying to find what could possibly be happening to Kida. Milo froze in horror as he found a passage that contained the answer. The answer he wished wasn't true. Kida had been exposed to the power of the crystal for too long. The crystal was draining her of her life. And according to the journal, the crystal will continue to drain the host until there's nothing left, unless another life is sacrificed in its stead. The crew thought they contained the threat but it only subsided, taking over Kida from the inside. The crystal needed more life force and was drastically draining Kida of hers. She dropped to the ground and began coughing up blood. A couple Atlantian guards rushed to her side to assist her. As they helped her up, she threw one of the guards into the water. The other guard tried to restrain her, but she was too powerful. She turned and bit the guard and proceeded to devour his body. As she ate, the remnants of the guard's body withered and turned to dust. Kida looked at Milo and his team as they stared on in horror. She slowly picked herself up. Her eyes met Milo's and they began to glow more intensely. Milo and his team began to inch backwards as he tried to reason with her and calm her down. Kida let out a chilling growl as blood continued to drip from her mouth. They took another step back, but then Kida attacked....DUN DUN DUN!!! Merida tries to plead with her father but King Fergus and his men chased Elinor out of the castle. Merida retrieved her mother’s tapestry knowing that the only way to convince her father is to sew the tapestry back together, turning her mother human again. She pursued her father with the wisps leading her way. However, their harsh blue light garners the attention of Mordu. The wisp lead Merida to the clearing surrounded by the mystical stones, where she finds her mother surrounded by Fergus and her men. Fergus raises his sword to Queen Elinor and just as he’s about to strike, an arrow knocks his sword to the ground. He turns to see Merida running towards him with her bow in hand and the tapestry draped over her shoulder. She jumps between her father and mother and demands that he stop. She once again tries to explain to her father that the bear he insists on attacking is in fact her mother. But before she can plead her case, Mordu bursts into the circle, slashing and mauling the men at its perimeter. Fergus’s attention is immediately turned to Mordu. He picks up his sword and charges but Mordu knocks him aside easily. The gigantic bear makes its way through the group of men, clawing and throwing them aside until it reached Merida and her mother. Mordu raised its giant paw and slashed at Merida as she attempted to load an arrow. She narrowly dodged it but Mordu’s claws caught the tapestry she had draped over her shoulder and shredded it. Merida screamed in horror as the pieces of tapestry fell before her eyes. Through her anger and tears she loaded an arrow and shot Mordu in the neck. Mordu let out a fierce growl and attempted to backhand Merida but once again evaded the attack but ended up tripping on part of the tapestry and fell to the ground. Merida tried to get up as fast as she could but Mordu struck her with a fierce slash to her face that lifted her off the ground and sent her flying into one of the mystical stones. Her mother let out a terrifying growl and lunged at Mordu. Blood ran down Merida’s face from the lacerations caused by Mordu’s claws. Her vision was blurred and she was weakened by the loss of blood but she could make out that her mother was fighting Mordu. Fergus, holding his side, hobbled over to Merida and took her in his arms. As he picked her up, Merida told him that the bear that Mordu was fighting was Elinor and that he needed to protect her. Fergus looked down at his daughter and could see the sincerity in her eyes as she passed out. He looked over his shoulder to see Mordu throwing Elinor into one of the stones knocking her out. Fergus set down Merida and picked up his sword. He charged and lunged at Mordu, landing blow after blow but his attacks appeared to do nothing. Mordu slashed the sword out of Fergus’s hand and knocked him to the ground. Mordu placed a foot on Fergus, dug his claws into his chest, and let out a chilling roar in his face. Fergus winced and tried to get free as Mordu raised his giant paw. Merida’s good eye opened as she saw Mordu on top of her father. She let out a scream as his paw came down, tearing through her father. She reached for her bow and arrows and through teary and bloody eyes shot off 3 perfectly aimed arrows to Mordu’s skull, dropping the massive bear beside her father. Merida used her bow as a crutch and hobbled as fast as she could to her fallen father. As she kneeled beside his body wisps began to surround them. She clenched her father’s bloody clothes and gritted her teeth. The Wisps began to circle her, turning from a blue to a blood red. Elinor limped over and nuzzled her fallen husband. Merida looked up and noticed bits of the tapestry scattered around the clearing as the sun rose. She lowered her head knowing she failed to save any of her family. Her mother nudged her as if to say it’s okay. Merida put her arm around her mother’s neck as the sun rose. She looked into her mother’s eyes and could see that whatever was left of her mother had vanished. Merida stood up and three little cubs rushed to her side. Her heart was broken but she had to be strong. Although she knew that her brothers didn’t know her as their sister they were still drawn to her, as was her mother. Merida stood up, determined to find a way to restore what was left of her family and set out on a search to find the old wood carver. The Bear Queen was born!
