Well, on Friday (10/28/16), some 23 YEARS after the film came out, Bette dressed as Winnie once more and proved she’s as bewitching as ever.
She donned the costume for a Halloween party in Manhattan hosted by the New York Restoration Project, a non-profit she founded in 1995.
