10. There’s Too Many Characters
Season 6 currently boasts 16 main cast members, and, put simply, that’s too many. Sure, some of those ‘main’ cast members are more like glorified supporting characters but it’s clear the show has been buckling under its own weight lately. There’s just too much going on and too many people involved to do everyone justice.
9. Diversity Concerns
While the phenomenon of having a revolving door of African American men on the show has gone on so long and unapologetically that it’s almost become a joke accepted by the fans, it’s still a little troubling that this pattern continues to play out.
T-Dog, Otis, Tyreese, Bob, and Noah have all come and gone, adding fuel to the suggestion that this is a real problem.
