Villains lack the traditional heroic attributes. They might lack kindness, nobility, or even moral goodness, but they’re not horrible. They’re just flawed heroes with their agenda. What if we try to change that by giving them some love?

Spanish artist, Naolito (Nacho Diaz), has put together a series of illustrations called “Villains Need Love.” The idea of the series was to imagine a world where we didn’t jump into battle with our villains, but instead, we tried to give them love. This idea has now become a book with over 50 villains loved by their adversaries. Keep scrolling to see 40 of them.
