Last month on Reddit, when 26-year-old Jeffrey Kendall posted selfies before and after losing 70 pounds, users responded with a compliment party: "Seriously, that dude has one epic jawline," one user wrote. And naturally, they couldn't even with his hair.

In threads, several users shared an even more astute observation: Kendall's more recent photo bears an U-N-C-A-N-N-Y resemblance to a certain Disney prince — a comparison he wholly embraces. Do swipe:

The biggest difference between them: Kendall's transformation wasn't as simple as his animated twin's.

While living in Connecticut to help his mom, who'd suffered a traumatic brain injury in 2015, Kendall battled self-esteem issues and depression, he told Best Life. Things changed when a heartbroken friend asked Kendall to join him at the gym for motivation: They started lifting weights and doing push-ups every day, but Kendall also began walking in the mornings and doing Yoga With Adrienne sessions at night.

On YouTube, he found high-intensity interval-training and body-weight workouts, adding them to his routine — but the biggest changes involved his diet: He stopped binge-drinking on a weekly basis, he wrote on Reddit, and began eating dinner later so he'd feel satisfied enough to curb late-night snacking: "It’s much easier to motivate yourself not to eat a cookie than to run a mile," he told Best Life. After two years, Kendall shed lost 70 pounds – and not a bit of volume from his luscious locks. THOSE. WAVES!

"I’ve lost a lot of weight, a lot of sadness, and a little facial hair," he wrote in his transformation post on Reddit. "I’ve gained a whole new appreciation for life. Remember to always love yourself."
